Public Meetings

PennDOT held a public meeting on Wednesday night, October 29th at Chester City Hall to inform the public about the I-95/US 322 Interchange Improvement Project. Maps and displays with information about the project were available for public review. The proposed alternatives for improving the interchange were presented for public comment. Representatives from PennDOT and the consultant team were present to discuss the project with residents and commuters. The meeting was widely advertised in the region through direct mail to residents, area churches and public buildings. Local newspapers carried articles and advertising.
